Disclaimer: This is my list. You may totally dislike everything on my list and that's fine with me. Also remember, my baby is only two and a half months old, so my list of favorite things might change when she gets to be four months, six months, and so on. Who knows?
1. Car Seat Mirror - I love being able to see my baby while I drive. It makes all of our outings so much more enjoyable!
2. Boppy - I actually own two boppies! When I broke my tailbone during delivery, I discovered that I was most comfortable sitting on a boppy, so I have one to sit on and one to use as a nursing pillow. I highly recommend getting a good boppy and several slip covers for it because you will use it everyday. I use mine almost every time I nurse.

3. Baby Bjorn Carrier - Now that Riley likes to see the world, she loves this thing! And I love it too because it frees up my hands and it doesn't hurt my back.

4. American Red Cross First Aid & Grooming Kit - I've already used almost everything in the kit. And it's super convenient. You can just throw it in your diaper bag and know that you're good to go.

5. Fisher Price Aquarium Bath Set - We love bath time and it's so easy with this bath set. Of course, you also have to get the hooded towels for cuddling with your adorable baby after bath time!
There ya have it: my five current favorite baby items. Hope that helps all the moms-to-be out there!
Oh, this morning I asked Josh what his favorite baby item was. He said the pacifier. And just FYI, before Riley would take a pacifier, I would stick my thumb in her mouth to suck on when she was crying. I learned that trick from Michelle Tipton. Sounds funny, but it works!

So helpful! Thanks Kelly. I had most of these things on my registry already, but so good to hear that you love them and use them!
hope you and your sweet girl are doing well :) i think of you when i see lots of mommies and their new babies in walmart! i always wonder how they figured out how to get that carseat secured on there like we did!!
Hey Kelly,
I just wanted to let you know a friend of mine and I are starting a diaper cake business on the side of teaching. We both wanted to start doing something that we can do during the summer break. If you know anyone who would be interested in giving one as a gift, or need one as a centerpiece at a shower, let me know or you can give them my email paigejeanes@gmail.com. We will customize to any theme or product thats wanted. Like I said, we are just getting started, but I am about to have a really great example within the next two weeks that I can send a picture of. I hope you and the family are fantastic!!!
Thank Kelly! This was very helpful! :) When did you guys register? How long do most people wait? We have SOOO much to learn!
