Riley Jane Owen was born on August 27, 2008 at 2:05pm. She weighed 7 lbs 11 oz and was 19.25 inches long. She has a beautiful head full of blond hair and she's just perfect.
Don't worry. I have tons of pictures and I will post them as soon as I have some more time. We just got out of the hospital on Tuesday (well, actually we were home Saturday night but had to go back in on Sunday morning due to some jaundice), so we're still trying to figure out this whole schedule thing. Dad goes back to work today (Thursday); we'll see how I do without him. He is a super dad by the way! Truly, I'll tell you all about it in another post.
A huge thanks to everyone who came to see us at the hospital! It was such a blessing to be surrounded by friends and family. Sometimes I'm in awe at how God has put so many loving, caring people in our lives. Praise God for that and for precious Riley.

Any how i am going to send you those pictures of Riley girl i took the other day when she was a glow worm still. i just need to upload them first.
Game night was great, we need to schedule that again. Hopefully not in the hospital again.

Yay!! I figured something was happening because your blogging had dwindled to nothing for a while there! Praise God for Riley Jane. I can't wait to see more pictures and hear stories about being mommy and daddy. Love you!
