Riley is 13 days old and she is already changing so much. She had a growth spurt this past weekend and she ate a ton. I can already see her cheeks getting chubbier.
On top of that, she has become quite the entertainer. She has several hilarious poses that she makes all day long. She has a "sweet" pose where she puts her hands under her chin, she has a "thinker" pose where she puts her pointer finger on her forehead, and then there's my personal favorite pose, where she puckers up her lips and scrunches her forehead. It looks like she's saying, "Life is tough as a newborn." But I hope that's not what she's thinking!
Riley is indeed a squirmy thing. She was a mover in the womb and continues to be one now. The only time she's still is when I put her in my sling. By the way, I LOVE that sling! I can do anything with her in that sling (well, maybe I shouldn't say anything, but you get the point).
That's all for now. I just wanted to document the little observations I've been making of Riley.
