I love reading (probably a little too much) and one of these days I plan to write a post about all the books that have shaped my life one way or another. But until then, I thought I'd share some things I've enjoyed reading this month:
The Snare of Compare by Carolyn Mahaney (and GirlTalk bloggers)
Just Do Something by Kevin DeYoung
Gospel-Powered Parenting by William P. Farley

Kelly,
I too have been reading the current series from the GirlTalk Blog. Wow! It has convicted and challenged me in SO MANY ways.
I've also been listening to David Platt's "Radical" sermon series over the last two weeks. It too is dramatically shaping my worldview. In fact just yesterday I listened to the sermon on Radical Giving and he referenced the same passage in John 21.
I love how the Lord is SO CLEAR in His messages to us!
Happy Reading,
Jessica
Jessica,
I didn't realize you had a blog. I'm excited to know that you do!
As for the Radical series, Josh and I are slowly making our way through it, watching the sermons together. But we're not done yet.
It's fun to walk these journeys together, isn't it?
Thanks for commenting!
Kelly
I found out about these FREE online books not too long ago and I wanted to share them with the blog world in case you're looking for more good (theologically sound) books to read. Just click on this link if you're interested:
