I thought it'd be fun if I allowed people to guess what our little boy is going to look like. His name will be Joshua Cullen Owen II. We're going to call him Joshua.
For the record, he is measuring really big (two weeks ahead of his gestational age) so my doctor may induce a little early. So that you have something to compare to: Riley weighed 7 lbs 11 oz and was 19.25 inches long when she was born two weeks early. Riley was born with blue eyes and blonde hair.
This pregnancy has been completely different from my pregnancy with Riley. The baby seems fine, but I have been very sick most of the time and I wasn't sick at all with Riley.
So, how much do you think Joshua will weigh? How tall will he be? What color do you think his eyes and hair will be (the ultrasound tech said he already has hair)? (I've heard that all babies have blue eyes when they're born... is that really true?)
You can leave your guess in the comment section of this post. I don't really have a prize for the person with the most accuracies, but you'll have bragging rights. Is that cool enough?

I'm gonna say 8lbs 2oz, 20 1/2 inches. thick brown hair. blue eyes. he'll come out ready to wield an axe, shoot a gun, and drink an ice cold pint of milk. Just like his daddy.
