Prayer Requests

We had a crazy weekend.

Josh's mother was supposed to come visit us on Saturday, but on the way out of the door, she fell and had to be taken to the emergency room. It was quite a traumatic event and her face is badly bruised and beat up. Since the fell kept her from visiting us on Saturday, we went to see her on Sunday. I truly couldn't believe how painful it looked. Please pray for quick healing for her!

Also, please pray for my grandmother (Meem), my mother, and my aunts. My mom called on Saturday morning to tell me that she was driving to Ft. Worth to visit Meem, who was put in the hospital due to a heart attack. Meem had a stroke ten years ago and her health has been deteriorating ever since. She's now doing better, but the last I heard they were discussing hospice care. My mom's dad passed away 39 years ago and I know all of this brings back some difficult memories on top of everything else they're dealing with right now.

Please pray that I can love these women with a Christlike love during these trials. Thanks for the prayers!
